OA Fall Conclave will be held at Camp Wakonda beginning Friday, September 10, 2010. Registration will start at 6:00pm at the Koffron Shelter in front of the OA Lodge House.
We invite all members who were called out this past summer to come out and complete their Ordeal. We also encourage all Ordeal members to seal their membership by completing your Brotherhood.
It will be a great weekend of Fellowship.
Use the Ordeal Registration Form if you were recently called out and plan to serve your Ordeal at Fall Conclave. The $35 registration fee includes the registration fee, all meals for the weekend, a new Ordeal sash, a new Lodge Membership Guide, a new OA Handbook, a claw and your first two dues beads for your logchain.
Use the Brotherhood Registration Form if you are an Ordeal Member and wish to seal your membership in the OA by completing your Brotherhood at Fall Conclave. The $30 registration fee includes the registration fee, all meals for the weekend, a new Brotherhood sash, and the additional claw for your logchain.
Use the General Registration Form if you are not completing your Ordeal or Brotherhood at this Fall Conclave. The $15 registration fee pays for all meals for the weekend.
All registration forms must be at the Scout Shop by close of business on Friday, September 3, 2010, to avoid the $5 late fee.
Cub Scout Leader Specific Training provides great tools, resources, tips, and tricks for all Cub Scout leaders. This training takes approximately 3 hours and will provide essential skills for a fun Scouting experience.
If a leader has taken this training previously for a different position, he/she should take it again for the new position.
Note: to be considered fully trained, leaders must also take “Youth Protection” and “This is Scouting” online via www.myscouting.org.

Boy Scout Adult Leader Training
This training course concentrates on troop operation including meeting planning, working with scouts, patrol method, and much more.
This is a three part course. Parts 1 & 2 are completed in a classroom setting with each session lasting approximately 4 hours. The course culminates with a weekend camping experience (Part 3) where leaders will have the opportunity to practice the leadership skills learned in the classroom sessions as take part in a variety of outdoor skill and programing discussions at the local Boy Scout camp.
Leaders must attend all 3 sessions to complete the course. Additionally, to be considered fully trained, leaders must complete “Youth Protection” and “This is Scouting” training online through www.myscouting.org.
