Scout leaders serve in one of the BSA's most important roles. Our Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing volunteers directly mentor youth and make a difference in the lives of millions.
Share your expertise and special talents to serve the Hawkeye Area Council. We are always in need of active and engaged board members, unit committee members, merit badge counselors, and special event committee personnel.
Please note: The BSA is committed to child safety and ensuring that every youth has a positive experience in Scouting. Before assigning an adult to a leadership position, a background check is required.
