Named for the twelve points of the Scout Law, this festival will celebrate the achievements of Scouts and Volunteers from the last 2 years.  This will include:

  • 150 Eagle Scouts including the first Female Eagle in the Hawkeye Area Council.
  • 6 Silver Beavers
  • The 2019 and 2020 Top Popcorn Sellers
  • Council Distinguished Commissioners
  • National Award of Merit
  • and much much more!

Due to safety concerns brought about by the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Twelve Points Festival will take place mostly outdoors at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City, Iowa.  

General Admission is $15. Attendees will be able to purchase tickets to participate in fun activities like:

  • Archery
  • BB Guns
  • Crafts

Admission includes lunch (Brat, Hot Dog, Burger or Vegetarian Option; chips, Pop; and Dessert)
