The Scouting program has many unique partnerships throughout the Council's seven county service area. One of those partnerships is with Tanager Place in Cedar Rapids. As an on-site residential treatment facility it is difficult for youth to participate in a traditional Scouting program. Through an innovative partnership, Tanager Place is pleased to provide a program for Cub Scout and Boy Scout age youth each week.
