What is the National Leadership Seminar?

NLS is a national level training session that is conducted many times each year, by all four of the OA regions (Central, Northeast, Southern, and Western), open only to those Arrowmen that they serve. The Central Region has become well known for it's outstanding quality weekend training sessions.

The event is a three day Leadership Development course run by the Region Chief, his Advisers, and his training staff. NLS provides an in-depth look at leadership skills and techniques; and a look at how these skills can be applied in your role in the OA and in other aspects of your life.

Want to Attend?

Although the final NLS of 2006 has already come and gone, don't feel as if you've missed out. The seminar is usually held four times as year, in locations throughout the region. If you're interested in attending an NLS session in 2007, contact the Lodge Chief.
