Bonus Prizes have been ordered but are not yet available for pick up.

Sales levels from $1800 to $10,000

The Movie /Limo Event is scheduled for Saturday, March 17th. Invitations will be sent to the qualifiying Scouts early in March.
The Unit Challenge is scheduled for Saturday, April 21st. - Information will be emailed to Popcorn Chairs with qualifiying units.

Sale End Information
As the sale comes to a close, the following are the forms you will need to close out and a reminder of the dates they are due:
Due Tuesday, November 29th
- Patriot Order Form
- Return Order Form – Please turn in with a zero if you accomplished the zero return goal.
- All new product orders
- Payment for Show and Sell Units
- Take Orders
Due (Electronically) Monday, December 5th
- Scout Summary and Bonus Prize Report - Submit electronically.
• If you use a desktop email, such as Outlook, you should hit submit to send this in.
• If you use an internet email, such as Hotmail, you can just save the file to your computer and attach it to your email when ready to send.
On Friday, December 9th
- Take Order Final Pickup - Expect an email from your District Logisitics Chair for time and place.
By Sunday, December 18th
- Order Prizes on the GCC website - If you ordered last year, you can use the same log in information.
- Have all product delivered to customers - Please check with your Scouts to verify this has been completed.
Due by Tuesday, December 20th
- Take Order Money Due - the Scout Shop will be open until 8 pm.

• A Formula on the Inventory Sheet If you have already spent time placing information, a work around is to simply use the first yellow line to enter pre-order quantities and this will make the totals correct.
